About Me
My Journey
I really enjoy working with people and tackling all the problems and challenges that come my way on a day-to-day basis. With a focus on personalized service, thoughtful support, and customer satisfaction, I’m always working to exceed my client’s expectations, be helpful, and lighten the load.
I started this business in 2023 after seeing such a missing space in the low executive function/neurodivergent community for folks to help with task management, and I can honestly say I have never looked back. Maintaining my reputation as a reliable executive function helper, task manager, and personal assistant means ensuring my clients have complete and total confidence in my services.

I have been working in support roles my entire career, and after raising a neurodivergent son with ADHD, I got very interested in how I can support folks with similar issues. There are tons of coaches out there, but not really folks who understand these issues and who can step in and make a direct impact by helping offload the overwhelming items that hold us back.

I have a natural knack for getting the tasks most folks don't like, and for some, it can be paralyzing done - think opening the mail, calling the bank, pay bills, making appointments, getting rid of stuff, prioritizing to-dos, planning trips/events, household management, etc.

If you struggle starting, organizing, planning, or completing tasks, I can step in to help and make an immediate impact. Leaving your mental and emotional energy free for other things and space to manage your time and energy more effectively.
